Yes. The ability to make a BLT is beginner level. The flavor is immense—especially w/ garden tomatoes!

In the movie Spanglish, Adam Sandler makes a BLT with a fried egg on it. I recreate it often. Agree wholeheartedly on the best ingredients - sandwiches are the embodiment of Gestalt.

Regarding the Wonderbread. I seriously believe that it’s more harmful than eating styrofoam. I bet the styrofoam just goes right through, adding insoluble fibre, without bothering you. Wonderbread on the other hand- not good
