I like the idea of non-stop writing so much more than non-stop talking!
As always, love the life stories as much as the recipes, although I must say-- never has any fish I've ever cooked looked that good, and always has tasted worse than it looked. Plus, I need to up my game with more of a variety of sauces and condiments on-hand.
Umm...no miso paste or oyster sauce either...
Re-read the recipe to see if I could "doctor" it with anything in my kitchen, for dinner tonight.
Obviously, there is no fish. Please advise if this will work with hot dogs.
