As always, the dialog compels me to at least consider making my own bone broth, although a carton from the supermarket works just fine for me (I'll make sure it's a high quality version). This is the encouragement I needed to make my own broth! Honestly I think it was not having a big enough stock pot that was holding me back, but I should get one of those anyways.
I really wish we could use the bones from the wild game Sebastian hunts but it would be difficult to get the bones back home 😆 I think that would add a LOT of weight to what he would have to carry out. But man that would be delicious.
