If I were writing a newsletter ten years ago, it would probably look a lot like JT's dispatches. Clothing and gear recommendations mixed with some well-curated articles from around the internet. Always a fun read!
Each time Christian publishes an edition of the Midnight Run, I find something new to hone in on. Whether it's multi-day motorcycle adventures, pontifications on fly-fishing, or just stunning photography, there's always something to learn.
Reading Alice's perspective on the outdoors is always a breath of fresh air, encouraging you to "take it outside!"
Finding good outdoor writing is hard; finding good outdoor writing about hunting is even harder. The Westrn team, however, is publishing tremendous stories about the outdoors with an eye toward the future.
I look forward to Eli's thoughtfully researched essays (coupled with stunning photography) on the history and heritage of food in New England. Even more so, I appreciate her open-mindedness and her willingness to get outside of her comfort zone as she tries to learn more!
Jesse's recommendations for "the next adventure" are always inspiring and informative. The research put into each post is worth its weight in outdoor gold.
Madison & Sebastians encouragement and advice to take things "back to our roots" are much appreciated in a time when it's so easy to feel disconnected.
I'm not sure what I enjoy more from Brooks -- his thoughtful detailing of the restaurant design and branding process or his advice on how to get your kids to eat more tinned fish. Either way, I'll be eternally grateful for his recommendation of "North Shore Goodies" coconut peanut butter!
