I’d recommend shucking, then grating a bunch of parm cheese into melted butter with some breadcrumbs, throwing that on top of the oysters, and grilling with the lid closed until the cheese is gooey. Top with hot sauce, and if you’re feeling extra celebratory, some diced and fried bacon bits. Enjoy!
